1. Who sells what
FeedSaver is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt and licence key. These terms cover your licence to use FeedSaver.
2. Price and licence
- FeedSaver Pro costs US$39, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
- You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use FeedSaver version 1.x on up to 2 Windows PCs at a time. Commercial use is allowed (for example, backing up client accounts you manage).
- Pro activates online. FeedSaver normally checks your licence about every 3 days while it can reach the internet, and Pro stays on for up to 14 days after the last successful check. If it can't verify your licence for 14 days, for example because you've been offline that long or the licence service is unavailable, Pro switches off until it can. Your saved files and library stay available, and the free version keeps working. To move a seat to another PC, use Deactivate in Settings.
- A future major version (2.0 or later) may be sold separately. Existing owners may be offered a discount.
- We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already made, and we don't offer refunds or credits for later price changes or promotions.
3. Free version
- The free version saves up to 50 files a day (each photo, video and caption text file counts as one file), and your library and search stay free. Please use it to check that FeedSaver works for you before you buy.
- We may change, limit or end the free version at any time.
4. Updates and support
- We may provide updates, including Instagram compatibility fixes, at our discretion. We are not obliged to provide updates, support, or continued compatibility with Instagram or any other third-party service.
- FeedSaver may install updates automatically. We may change or remove features, for example when Instagram changes how its service works.
- We may stop selling or developing FeedSaver at any time. Your copy keeps working for as long as Instagram and your system allow.
5. Refunds
- You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if FeedSaver does not run on your PC or cannot save from Instagram at all, and only after you've contacted support (hello@feedsaver.app) so we can try to fix it.
- We don't give refunds for change of mind, for features listed as not included, or for limits, restrictions or suspensions that Instagram applies to your account.
- A refunded or charged-back purchase deactivates its licence key.
6. Instagram, your account and your content
- FeedSaver is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
- We strongly recommend logging in to FeedSaver with a second Instagram account, not your main one. If you use your main account, you do so at your own risk. (To save a friend's private account, ask them to approve your second account's follow request.)
- Instagram can limit, change or block access at any time. We are not responsible for restrictions, verification requests, suspensions or loss of access to your Instagram account, or for content that Instagram stops providing.
- You may only save content you have the right to save. You are responsible for following Instagram's terms and applicable laws, including copyright and privacy law. You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by your misuse of FeedSaver.
7. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, FeedSaver is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with any third-party service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost data, lost profits, or account restrictions; and
- our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for FeedSaver.
9. Ending your licence
Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms, share or resell your key, try to bypass licensing, or reverse a payment. We may then deactivate your key.
10. Privacy
FeedSaver saves your files on your own PC. It sends licence checks to activate and verify Pro, and a saved key may keep being checked while the app runs as Free. Diagnostic logs are sent only if you choose to send them. We never ask for or store your Instagram password on our servers. See the privacy policy.
11. Law and changes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.
- We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published.
